Used 55mm skylight or UV filter in very good condition.
A filter can be used for all types of reasons, but most usually for protection on the front of a lens. Photography filters come in various shapes and sizes, some are a screw-in type whilst others fit into holders attached to the front of the lens. A filter can create special effects at the point of image capture, which can replace the need for hours of manipulation at home.
No scratches or fungus. Filter rim is without dents and will offer good protection for your camera.
Skylight filters will reduce the glare and bluish tint of daylight. The UV filter reduces glare and haze. They both protect the front lens element of the camera.
These filters have a 55mm filter thread on the front, so you can also attach screw-on hoods and other filters. They are deep enough so as not to interfere with the focus on the Trip as you focus.
