Le Zenit TTL est un film 35 mm Appareil photo reflex fabriqué par KMZ et produit entre 1977-85. Il est également fabriqué par MMZ (BelOMO) et produit entre 1980-82, il appartient à la longue série Zenit.
Le viseur est teinté de bleu et relativement faible et petit (cf. le type "brillant" Zenit E). La partie centrale de l'écran du viseur a un micro prisme au milieu entouré d'une zone mate claire.
L'appareil photo a également été vendu par Cambridge Camera Exchange aux États-Unis sous le label Cambron TTL.
La caméra est livrée avec un posemètre. Comme avec la plupart des appareils photo reflex, l'exposition est mesurée à travers l'objectif. Le temps d'exposition et l'ouverture peuvent être choisis librement. L'appareil photo 35 mm dispose d'un mode bulbe. Dans ce mode, l'obturateur est ouvert pendant un temps variable. L'utilisation d'un flash externe est possible via la prise flash du PC. Le flash peut être attaché à la griffe froide.
