Questa unità flash esterna funziona con qualsiasi fotocamera con pellicola da 35 mm dotata di attacco hot shoe, il flash esterno Canon Speedlight 277T ha un cold shoe a 3 pin per il fissaggio a hot shoe/cold shoes con 3 pin . Da utilizzare insieme a una reflex Canon T70 o T50.

Il modo standard per impostare il flash è farlo scorrere sull'attacco hot shoe, inserire le batterie prima o dopo, quindi attendere che si carichi (sentirai un piccolo lamento mentre si accende), una luce dovrebbe indicare che è stato addebitato.
Questo modello include un pulsante di prova in cui è possibile testare il flash prima di installarlo sulla fotocamera. (Punta SEMPRE il flash lontano da te per evitare i tuoi occhi!)
Se la fotocamera è una reflex automatica, avrà un'impostazione per il flash. In caso contrario, la tua SLR dovrà essere impostata sulla stessa ISO/ASA e velocità dell'otturatore su cui hai attivato le impostazioni della fotocamera. Prova il flash per sincronizzare l'otturatore della fotocamera con il flash. Questo potrebbe richiedere alcuni tentativi! Vedrai che metà o una piccola parte delle tue foto potrebbe avere parti nere/non esposte se il flash è troppo veloce per la velocità dell'otturatore della fotocamera.
