Once your order has been processed for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email/text. If you need an item for the next day, or have any particular delivery requirements, we are happy to try and accommodate this if you discuss it with us prior to ordering.
Shipping options

Your order will be shipped by us with one of our trusted couriers via standard or express delivery.  If your order is international, the order will be dispatched with DHL and, as soon as it has arrived in your country, the national post of your country will take over. It is trackable on the DHL website, along with your national post carrier.

  1. UK Standard orders are shipped via DX Courier Tracked 48 hours (FREE)
  2. UK Express orders are shipped via DX Courier Tracked 24 Hours (£8.99)
  3. International Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Courier Tracked International (£20) or FREE on orders over £200

We offer Free standard shipping on all UK orders of cameras and accessories. We charge postage on orders of just 35mm film, to qualify for free shipping add a camera to the order. 

International Orders - Spend over £200 to qualify for Free international tracked shipping.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working days of payment being cleared. Its the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping details.

ll online camera purchases come with a 14 day return policy. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will be refused (Taking any purchased items to any third party vendors will void your returns agreement). Please take care when handling cameras as we cannot accept any items that have been physically forced or damaged. The item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of cameras at the time at which the return is received for processing. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
If there is any problem within that time, we will organise a repair or a replacement for your camera. This guarantee covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. Defects or damage due to misuse, such as water damage, oxidation, dropping or impact damage, negligence and general wear and tear are not covered by the warrantyRepairs or modifications carried out by someone other than Film Camera Store will result in the cancellation of the warranty.

Where do I send my return item?

We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a refund via email.
How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the items only.
Are returns free?

The shipping cost of returning item(s) back to us for an exchange or refund, is not covered by us. The buyer is responsible for the costs if the item(s) does not come back to us in its original condition or if the item is lost by the post so we please ask you to use recorded delivery.
