Beschreibung

Die Riva Zoom 75w (auch bekannt als Freedom Zoom Explorer EX) ist eine vollautomatische Kompaktkamera mit einem Zoomobjektiv und gebaut -in Pop-up-Blitz. Es war ein kleines Upgrade des sehr ähnlichen Riva Zoom 70W mit einem etwas längeren Brennweitenbereich. Bei diesem Modell reicht es von Weitwinkel (28 mm) bis Porträt (75 mm) mit maximalen Blendenöffnungen von 1: 3,5 bis 1: 8,9. Es erkennt automatisch die DX-codierte ISO-Empfindlichkeit zwischen 25 und 3200 von der 35-mm-Filmkapsel . Belichtungssteuerung, Fokussierung und Filmtransport erfolgen vollautomatisch.

Das Objektiv ermöglicht „Makro“-Belichtungen (Mindestabstand 40 cm) und der Blitz verfügt über mehrere Modi: Aus, Ein, Automatisch, Reduzierung des Rote-Augen-Effekts. Fokussierung und Belichtungsspeicherung sind möglich ausgelöst durch halbes Herunterdrücken des Auslösers. Die Kamera wurde in einem überfüllten Markt verkauft, in dem viele kompakte Autofokus-Zoom-Sucherkameras eine ähnlich mittelhohe Qualität boten. Die Kamera hat einen mächtigen kleinen Blitz, zuverlässige Automatikfunktionen, aber eine leichte Schärfeschwäche bei Portraitbrennweite und Dämpfungsverzeichnung bei Weitwinkelbrennweite.
